Game active key bindings

I play a lot of competitive shooters, of which require in-game communication such as CS: GO or Rainbow 6 Siege. I'll be playing with some buddies in a discord server, but still, need to talk in-game and I think it would be so bene\ficial to so many people if you could set a key binding to activate when a certain game is open. Such as for CSGO, you could set a binding that would mute your mic on Discord when you choose to speak in-game.
