Hiding statuses

We need the ability to hide out statuses, hiding them in certain servers because of their rules mainly, and mods should be able to statuses in there servers as well, say if there extremely inappropriate for that server. This mainly come up because I was muted in a server just because of my status that was relating to another server, so If I could hide it I wouldn't be a problem
