Discord Hacked // Disabled

On July 25th my good friend's account got hacked and disabled, thus wanting me to make this post. All he has heard is from the auto response bot Clyde. Not a real human, even though were in Corona I believe he should at least get a chance to explain what happened.

Per the mention "fraudulent charges" someone who had access to his discord token, which was obtained after he was affected by a token grabber. Someone tried to purchase fake gifts for his account, or redeemed them. We ask you please allow him to appeal the decision for disabling Snow's account.You can read more about these programs here ( https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/discord-turned-into-an-account-stealer-by-updated-malware/  ) someone stole his token and led to his account being disabled. I am willing to pay for any and all fraudlent charges a hacker may have done on the account. I recognize that discord isn't always a safe place, and that he must stay vigilant and careful when using discord. I truly would like you to know that Snow will take extra precautions to ensure something like this doesn't happen again.   Most crucially he has a lot of important, very crucial things on his account that would be devastating to lose. Including contacts, a lot of the people he had added, real life friends he planned to stay in contact with while school was out. He understands if he messes up again that his account will be gone forever. Please take this into hard conversation. Stay safe, and thanks for being awesome. He now clearly understand the problem security issues create, and we assure to help keep discord a safe and friendly place.

    I have spent the last few hours waiting for discord to hopefully clear up a mistake for me.

    My original account had become victim to malware and someone grabbed my token and started buying nitro like crazy. That issue was resolved with Discord via email. I later then had to send my smart phone in for repair so I lost my 2FA and access. After working with supported I accepted I lost that account and moved on.

    My new account was made and I have been using it with a lot of important info in it. Well, I missed my Nitro and figured hey I will return to becoming a member and support Discord once again. Well, I kept getting Invalid Payment Source, so I went ahead and created a ticket for it and instantly I got a response saying my account was disabled for Fraudulent activity. I have sent Discord Support MY Drivers license, credit card numbers and debit card numbers. I understand Corona is here but I use this for a lot of my daily task. I use it to help people who struggle mentally, business, and gaming. A lot of information is important so being without it for hours is a big deal. I don't know what to do anymore I received another automotive response and its been hours since I last spoke to someone.

    I have tried contacting them before, and let's just say their response times are usually very long. For instance when I went to report a person sending malicious files, it took 15 days before a human initiated an investigation on this. 

    Fraudulent charges sounds bad in all honesty, I feel like if you were to redeem a fraudulent gift this would happen to you aswell, so some issues are on discord's part, however I feel stilted you had to share all your info, like credit card number, which I thought they would never ask. Discord has such a enormous influence and platform, they should really spend more time in hiring more quality, impartial staff.

    Killermac, i have the same problem, someone took my token and bought nitro, what do I say to the support to prove that I was not the one who made the fraudulent purchases.

    Someone took my token and they purchased over $300 of Nitro with my credit card. I have desperately tried to get in contact with Discord. I have waited over 7 days with no response from anyone on Discord. I have tried Facebook, Twitter, E-mail everything and absolutely no response. I only got one automated response one time when I selected Hacked account. I am trying to open a dispute with my bank right now. The worst part is Discord says if you open a dispute they might not be able to refund you anymore, why on earth would they not be willing to help people after filing a card dispute?

    my original account Nyxu got suspended because of fraudulent charges. i went to claims for my bank and got a refund back of 30 but discord i guess saw that as fraud and decided to just ban me. im not gonna pay for the expense of hackers. tbh i hope they investigate my case because i never authorize a repeat payment of 10$ in one damn day.

    Eu cliquei em um link de nitro e depois dormir quando eu acordei minha conta tinha sido desativda poderia ativar minha conta novamente alterar a senha e me mandar a nova senha? 

    não quero perder minhas coisas pessoais.
