Idea for more openness to Discord - Request
Recently I have been having an issue. I have managed to acquire a second account on Discord. This account I am sort of sharing with another person. The issue I am having, is the email verification
When I attempt to log onto the other account, and I insert the password, email and everything, it tells me that I require the email to be authenticated and accepted. Thing is, I don't have access to the email.
I am sure many other people have issues similar to this. Be it they often are using different computers and don't want to always accept through their email, or they don't always have access to it. For me even, when I was at another computer and didn't have my phone on me, it completely denied me access to Discord
What I am asking, is if there could be an option to disable this kind of authentication. A way to make it so, if you have the email and password, you can log in without any more authentication. An option that makes it so you can log in anywhere and without trouble.
It would be obvious that this option should be defaulted to on, and, for those who wish to live life more on the edge and without care, or in a situation that someone like me is in, can turn it off at their own free will.
