Server or role-level setting: "compact" member listing

A server or role-level setting that allows the collapsing of the display of some or all users listed in the right-side of the client based on a customisation criteria. This will allow more users to be displayed at the same time. Some examples could include:

> Collapse offline users

> Collapse online users (online but with no role, with [at]everyone not including all other roles)

> Collapse those in a resultant group when "Display role members separately from online members" is on

By "collapsing", I mean formatted as (left-to-right) their avatar, name/nickname (with ellipsis overflow) and status icon, all in one line.
