Yes, I also encounter this problem.
On discord mobile app, if I have to get the video share link, the copied link is always media.discordapp.net
I have to always manually change this to cdn.discordapp.com in order for video previews to play in discord.It would be helpful if the video attachment share links on mobile discord can always default to cdn.discordapp.com
