Client Unmute Cooldown

Trolls/Racists/Spammers or whichever name or label you want to call them enjoy using a macro of sorts in voice chats for the purpose of expressing their trolling behavior which might include but not limit to ear rape, racist remarks, or other Terms of Service violations.

This is carried out where they spam their client with client side mute/unmute requests in rapid succession to the point that the discord serverside UI cannot keep up. This way their client will appear as client muted with the grey microphone symbol with a line through it, but they're still able to talk.
This sometimes makes the job of finding them and taking admin action almost impossible.

This could be negated if either discord puts a cooldown on unmuting your microphone, or allows servers to add that as an option to voice channels.
