I found the cause of not loading streams in discord (win7/win8)

Many of us have repeatedly complained to you that discord streams are not loading. Most of these complaints were from windows 7 users, but I also know one person who has a similar problem on windows 8.

If we turn off the "H.264 Hardware Acceleration" item in the "voice and video" settings, the non-loading problem disappears.

Please fix this feature for all actual windows versions.
