Add a hotkey or easier way to swap between voice activey and push to talk

To often are in a game streaming and the game only does full screen or just need to toggle to voice activity due to needing to be reactionary while in a pvp situation or games that require split second communication. So swapping out of the game causes it to crash and it is a little clunky going into settings, voice and video, then swapping to push to talk. By that point your dead or the game crashes due to being swapped out of full screen. A hotkey button or even a quick toggle would be nice as a suggestion.
