Adding an AFK symbol

I use Discord everyday, and I think it's great. Although, I feel that an AFK button for in voice channels (DM or Server) would make it an easier experience for everyone. This would be a feature that would be a little icon that goes beside your name or something, and it would just say that you're AFK. This could be used if you're waiting on a friend in a voice channel, and they happen to join that one moment when you're in the washroom. It could be a simple button just like the "mute" or "deafen" buttons. Now of course, there is the idle status option. Although, I can't see many people using the idle status for something like this. 

I run into problems where this would be a perfect feature somewhat often, so I though I'd request it. Thank you!

    Discord already has this thing kinda built-in.
    It's just most users are not aware of it or not used to using it.


    You can set your status to "idle".

    Yes, but I can't see people using this for if they're just going to the washroom. My feature idea is meant for small things like that, just so people know.

    So a icon you can enable so that people who join the call can see and can be changed in settings e.g. if you go to toilet often while in calls you can pick the toilet icon from a list of preset icons in the settings and the button will be shown next to the mute/deafen buttons so the next time you go to the toilet you just press the button and the toilet icon will pop up beside your name i'm guessing is your idea?

    In a way yes. That is a variation of the idea, but yes. My original idea was a symbol that said "AFK" beside your name in bright yellowy orange. Although, the idea of having a set of different icons is also pretty interesting.
