Discord video never loads on PC, always loads on mobile.
I have the same issue across the Discord PC application (on Windows 10), the website, and the Discord widget in OperaGX browser. Whenever someone streams, shares their screen, or their camera, I am always stuck with the infinite loading squares doing their little dance. When I'm on my iPhone though, video always loads.
I tried following some YouTube videos, doing stuff like flushing my DNS cache, and resetting my time settings to make sure it set the time automatically.
I have had this issue for basically a full year now, and I'm just sick and tired of having to switch to my phone whenever I'm in a voice call and I want to see a friend's camera feed. Especially when my phone is low on battery.

I've tried so many things too! PLEASE fix this or give us a solution. I would honestly be happy at this point with being able to watch a screenshare on mobile while talking on desktop, as much of a hassle as that would be, but of course entering the call on mobile disables the call on desktop. I can share my screen to someone and they can watch it, but all I get is the spinning squares when watching any screenshare on desktop.
(Windows 8.1)

Found the solution for me: go to Voice and Video > deselect H.264 Hardware Acceleration. Screenshare works for me, no more dancing squares.

Unfortunately I'm using discord through Opera GX's sidebar widget thing, and that doesn't have codec options in the settings.
