Increase Emote Upload Size

This isn't the first time someone asks, this, and I doubt it'll be the last. With the new addition of stickers, essentially being larger emotes.. it proves upload size doesn't matter, and that it can be increased without major consequences.

As a graphic designer who has designed and uploaded over 500 different emotes in various servers, it's always been difficult dealing with the 256KB size limit. As compressing my pngs/gifs to fit that limit almost always destroys the quality. If you can't double the size limit, at least increase it to 300KB or anything higher than the current size. It'll significantly improve emote making, adding more quality to all emotes. This has been one of the most requested improvements on Discord, and I'm just another user that wants it to be done.
