New Voice Channel permissions idea

Open Channels that lock when one person has joined-

I would love to see a new permission in discord servers that allow Voice Channels to be Unlocked and open to anyone until someone joins, at which the channel locks.

In discord communities that are full of Streamers, that regularly use voice channels when streaming, I feel that a room where anyone can stream without the worry of random people joining.

Giving the first person that joins a channel complete control of who can join them, negates the need for 20 different roles and channels just to ensure people can stream in peace.
