Disable Joining Sound for server muted users

To prevent and avoid bad reactions to sanctions and to improve moderation, it would be very useful to disable the joining sound for server muted members.

Many time during my server's events some users couldn't accept being muted after bad behavior in voice chats and started disconnecting and reconnecting in the voice chat to force me to unmute them. If Discord could do something about it, or just add an optionnal settings for voice channel, me and many more Discord moderators would be very grateful of it.
