DM blurring while in "Streamer Mode"

While in "streamer mode" conversations get blurred out. This will make conversations more private and also help avoid accidental leaks. The streamer will still be able to type in Direct messages BUT the conversation will be blurred. The streamer can seamlessly enable and disable the blurring feature through keybind or a button 

(This can be an optional feature and would require someone to manually enable it while in streamer mode)
