디코알림 또는 키면 디코 화면에서 화면에서 "친구(닉네임)가 생일 이에요!"라고 띄우면 좋겠습니다

I think this is a really good idea with it being optional and all that. You could gift someone Nitro or something and that'd be pretty rad
