Blackmagic Deck Link support

It seems that Discord isn't supporting the Blackmagic Decklink natively - https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/decklink/, It works running XSplit broadcaster and switching the input video settings to the XSplitBroadcasters input. The blackmagic Decklink works natively with Skype, Teams, and other video chatting software. Discord seems to be the only one that requires me to run XSplit broadcaster
