Cant loggin

Hello , i try delete my number from my account and this disconect me from app , mobile and web and now i cant login bcs i need mobile verification. I try reset password but its no work. When i try join with number and forgot password my sms didnt came. When i loggin with email adress- i wrote email , password its redirects me on 6number code , i use code from Authy, then redirects me for my number , i wrote and last steo can again password , and when i wrote password its wrote me : This phone number was recently used on a different account.
