Accessibility for people with hand injuries/conditions

Hi :-) I currently have a hand condition that makes it difficult to type and handle keyboards, so I use my computer's speech recognition to navigate. I've noticed it can be difficult for me to navigate Discord with speech recognition. The speech recognition works by clicking the word or phrase I say when it matches with something on the screen (for example, I would say "announcements" if I wanted to click on a channel titled "announcements" being displayed on the screen). This works pretty well for individual channels like that, but clicking on server and direct message icons has been impossible so far. To click on one, I would have to use the command "show numbers", which allows the computer to show me all the selectable options on my screen. Whenever I try to use this command on Discord, I'm not able to select anything because every selectable option overlaps with another. Please consider making an alternate mode or format that would make it easier to use speech recognition on Discord :-)
