A few QOL changes

1 -> Add a warning to blocking people as well as warning about deleting and blocking friends on mobile. It makes no sense how there's a "Are you sure you want to do this?" On PC but not mobile, and for friend removal but not blocking.

2 -> Allow us to clear all chats in a DM for our side only [Think Instagram, we can delete the conversation on our side wiping all the chats but the other person can still view them until they do the same]

3 -> If we remove someone from our friends list, allow us a 24 hour period to re-add them without having to send a new request
