Feature Request: Give karma/award points to users on a server

I frequently find myself in various servers looking for relevant help and i can only simply say "thank you!" when someone goes out of there way to help me.

Similar to r*ddit's karma system or awards. I'd like to be able to give them a gold star, up-vote, or something similar. This would allow helpful users in the server to gain some sort of status (i.e. "Super Helper") that is unrelated to server roles/positions.
