Pop out feature separating stream and video calls

so theres pop out features, but the pop out feature pops both the stream of the game and the video cams. i'd like to see a feature where you can choose to just pop out the stream instead of bringing the video cams out too! im in a relationship, and id wanna see my significant other's face on my second monitor while we watch a movie together on my main monitor, but sadly the pop out pops everything from the stream to the video cams out.
