Add API to check if an account is associated with a school hub

Hi!  I run a public server for an academic organization.  We use roles to sort between students at my school and the general public. Currently verification happens manually -- an admin can check membership in the hub or if we know them from somewhere else.  I would like to add functionality to our bot to handle verification and I'd rather piggyback off your school hub verification than write my own email verification.

  Hmm don't most schools generally have a custom domain name. email@schooldomain why don't you simply check the domain name instead.

  that's definitely a thing I could do but I figure why reinvent the wheel when the verification is already done and I just need access to it.
