Ability to change video quality on mobile
Discord should have a stream quality selection similar to YouTube so it is easier to watch a stream without burning all of your data

As far as I know, that's because it's the person sending the stream that process (encode) the video that is sent to the viewers. The processing happens on the streamer's computer.
Big stream platforms (like Twitch and YouTube) have huge computers that receive this stream and process it a second time (re-encode it) to different "qualities" so the viewer can choose which one they prefer.
Unfortunately that's expensive to have... But it's likely that in the future our computers will naturally be able to process (and stream) 2 ou more different "qualities" at the same time. I'm hoping for that =)1
