Feature Request: Viewer-side Stream Quality Settings

it would be great if as the viewer of a stream i could lower stream quality. my internet connection isnt good enough to keep up with the quality which some of my friends stream at and i dont want to ask them to lower it for everyone (when others can handle and enjoy the high quality) rather have the option myself so that i can at least see the stream

  Seconded: My friends don't seem to understand the concept of "even if your internet is good enough to stream 60fps source, that doesn't mean my internet is good enough to watch 60fps source". I've actually had people get upset with me over having to turn down their stream quality so I could watch it...

  YES!! I agree!! Although as a viewer we can't increase the quality, but if someone wants to watch it at a smaller scale to lower the cpu/gpu usage like I do, the ability to lower the quality [other than resizing the “Pop Out” feature] would be awesome! :))
