Toggle whether server members can or cant send friend requests

Just like how in server privacy settings we can manage whether server members can DM or not, a new feature where can we toggle whether they can or cant send friend requests would be good. Something similar to this

  Would be a good idea. But users can disable friend requests in their privacy settings, and if they want to add someone they have to send it instead of receiving one.
