Community Rules -> Functionality with Autoroles

I would love to be able to modify the community rules function with bot autoroles. We currently utilize a bot to provide two set of autoroles; 1) whether they have registered or not with this bot that is widely used by our community and 2) provide registered members with roles that show off what accomplishments they have in the game. Being able to allow community rule agreements to go to everyone, regardless of roles or anything else, would be so extremely convenient.
