Feature Request: Add emoji response deletion to audit log

Audit Log action_type feature request: When emoji responses are deleted from a post by an admin, it should be reflected in the audit log. Double-checked the audit log action_types to confirm whether or not emoji-response deletions were included, but they're not.

Please let me know if this feature request is already open, as I couldn't find any related topics in existing threads.
