[Feature Request] Include server-specific Display Name in slash command request/response

Right now when my bot gets a slash command, the "username" is shown - but with the old API I had access to both the username and (server-specific) display_name

  I found out you can grab the display_name or "nick" here: https://discord.com/developers/docs/resources/guild#get-guild-member
