Command Structures In Voice Channels

for those of us who use this as a gaming communications platform. 
Discord is suffering,

I'm going to have to resort back to TeamSpeak or mumble at this point as we are unable to have Multiple rooms where dedicated team leaders can talk between themselves.

The problem I'm running into here is that i can achieve a similar goal on discord but not as effective. I can invite everyone into one room and remove the ability to speak for all except the group leaders, the problem here is that the group leaders cannot directly communicate with their individual team members. 

On TeamSpeak i can have a room for each team then using hotkeys the group leaders can communicate with one and other. without everyone listening in. 

PLEASE i beg of you to address this. 
I left TeamSpeak for discord and so far haven't looked back, but now I'm running into this downfall of discord and hope you can address this ASAP
