Listening channels

A 'listening channel' would be a special type of channel; similar to stage channels (or maybe an addition to stage channels) it would have a stage and a non-stage part. those allowed on stage can talk, those not allowed on stage can only listen. In addition to listening to the channel you would be able to join another channel, allowing you to talk with friends. this could be useful for example, a DnD game you are not in, which you want to talk about with your friends while listening to, a singing contest and so on.
