Voice messages in vc and server

It'd make my life so much easier if I could just bother my friends with voice messages instead of having to type every story that's the equivalent of a 2010 twilight fanfic and bother the both of us, me with typing and them with reading. PLEASE I BEG YOU DISCORD GODS.
