Deleted phone number
Hi, I recently added my phone number to another account (secondary) to access a discord server that asked for the number, but it must have deleted that same phone number in my account (primary) and now when I log into my primary account, it tells me that "This
phone number was recently used on a different account"

Only one account can be tied to a phone number, and if you used that phone number to verify an account, you have to use it again to re-verify. And yes, a phone number can only be used once a day, so you will have to wait.
