Re-open closed dm's even if someone blocked you

I really would love this, and really need it. It's annoying if you want to look at past conversations but can't re-open them since you'd either have to be in the same server as them, or send a friend request. The latter you can't do at all if you're blocked, so you can't re-open the DM. It's frustrating for me. Please make this a feature in the future, or at least make blocking people easier without friending them first, without being in the same servers as them.
