Option to set others' voice sensitivity and noise suppression

There are many people who don't care to optimize their voice settings. We hear every chip bite, the occasional kid yell in the background, any and everything you can imagine. When asked to change their settings, most simply don't care or don't listen enough to instruction to optimize it properly.

I don't know if it's possible, but it would be an awesome feature to have an input sensitivity slider alongside the "User Volume" slider when right clicking someone's name in a channel. You can take it a step further by somehow letting other users enable the noise suppression feature on other users.
