Feature Idea: Server video backgrounds.

So needing nitro in order to have custom video backgrounds makes sense, but I think it would be a good idea to allow higher-level servers to create a few custom ones available to members joining video in that server. It would fit into the general flow of the rest of nitro/boosted server features.
