Feature Request: Better support for profile picture transparency when displaying voice activity

I think it would be cool if the voice activity indicator compensated for profile pictures with transparency. I'll use my pfp as an example.

This is my current profile picture with a recreation of the current voice activity system.

This is what it would look like with my proposed idea. I hope that these two gifs are enough to explain what I mean. It could always just fill the entire background with green, but I think this idea looks cooler.
