Add the copy link option to context menu when right clicking channel topics.

In this example if I wanted to right click the link, I'd need to press "Copy Topic" and then slice off the other part. Ideally I could just right click the link and hit "Copy Link" like you can on messages.

    You can click and drag the link itself out and drop it wherever you want, but yeah. Some people just prefer right-click over doing that. I know I do.
