Discord Overlay Notifications are Annoying

I think that there needs to be a setting that disables Discord Overlay notifications from being clicked on in-game. It is incredibly frustrating to be brought out of the game for several seconds because I didn't think my mouse cursor would be hovering over the text or call notification during the game. Which is something that I literally can't check in the moment.

I really don't want to have to disable the entire feature just because of this oversight, but it's a consistent issue that could be solved with the option to disable notifications tabbing out of the game. Or simply disabled entirely, it really is not intuitive to click on notifications during a game.
