Mouse only posting

I like to share memes and pictures I find online with people in my discord. Sometimes, I don't have a working keyboard and would like to be able to post the picture without needing to hit the enter button. The service used to act like this, but a recent update seems to have taken it away. Was this intentional? How could this change potentially affect disabled people?

    A simple solution to this problem would be putting a small button next to the file upload button that would hit enter and post for you.
