I haven't received a response for 2 weeks now
Hi,
2 weeks ago my account has been falsely reported. I wrote to the Support, seeking help, but haven't received any. In addition, my friend sent a request at the same time as I did, and in opposition to my case, he got a reply two days ago. How can I make things faster?
