Add support for emojis on footer text in embeds

So I was working on a command that includes custom emojis in footer text, but when i ran the command I saw that the emoji shown as a raw thing like this

<:Laterex:917740892964675634>

but if a Unicode emoji was used it will be shown as a Unicode emoji, instead of the default Twitter Type emoji.

IF you can put 2048 characters of the footer text, then why not custom emojis, just like the other default emojis.

Hopefully this is a simple task to do for the developers by just changing a few lines of code.
