authentication code

Today happened to be the day that I was thrown out of my drawer for some reason. And my other account was banned a few days ago because a friend sent me a drive, I logged in because I didn't know what it was, and my account was banned. Well it doesn't work with the code to access my account which is in the app called "Authy". I can't delete my phone number from my banned account, so I can't get a code for that either. I would like to ask for help because there were a lot of important things on that account.
