Microphone muted sound alert

When your microphone is muted there should be a sound play when you are trying to talk. To remind you that you are muted. I probably lost a game yesterday on csgo because I was muted for 15 rounds straight, 15! And no one told me... :'(

I have friends that mutes them self alot aswell when they cough or something is happening in the background and they usually forget to unmute themselves.
