[Feature Request] Be able to set a limit on how many users can be streaming at once in a voice channel.

The "user limit" feature is really nice for voice channels, but I think this concept could be expanded further to encompass how many users are allowed to stream at the same time in one voice channel. Frequently it comes up that multiple users would like to stream different games at the same time in the same channel. In my experience this leads to users talking over each other about different things (which can be rude) and can lead to frustration when those watching one stream are speaking about something happening on stream, and others who are watching another stream keep asking questions because they're confused at what the other users are saying. While this is obviously easily remedied by having more extensive rules about streaming and behavior in voice channels, it would be nice to have the feature to set a limit on how many streams can be happening at once. The ability to set said proposed limit to (for instance) one stream per channel would cut down on rude or frustrating interactions and would force users to self-moderate and move to another channel to stream something else.
