Ability to disable keyboard shortcuts

I would like the ability to disable keyboard shortcuts, preferably one-by-one. I have never used a keyboard shortcut once in my 6 years of being a user, but I can't even count how many times I've been typing and suddenly the app refreshes or the dev console window pops up or something else happens because I fat fingered CTRL or SHIFT and some random letter.
