Voice help

Bonjour, j'utilise discord depuis un bon moment et je me suis rendu compte d'un petit problème.

Quand j'ouvre le mélangeur de volume et que j'essaie de modifier le volume d'une application avec discord allumé, le son ne bouge pas. De plus, quand une personne parle, je vois que les sons des autres applications dans le mélangeur de volume bougent.

Comment faire pour que les applications aient un volume fixe quoi qu'il se passe ?

Hello, I have been using discord for a while and I noticed a small problem.
When I open the volume streamer and try to change the volume 
of an app with discord turned on, the sound does not move. 
Also, when a person speaks, I see that the wires of the other
 applications in the volume diffuser move.
How do I make apps a fixed volume no matter what?
