Will Time ever be fixed?

Why the restriction on changing site aesthetics? Honestly this not only would easy for some junior dev, but even someone less than that! How hard is it for you to write a function that parses a string?

  Discord is now more than twice as old as it was when the first request to separate time format from language was made
