Feature Request: Allow chat in voice channel to be clearable

What I mean by clearable is essentially allow the complete wiping of a vc chat.

This would be a godsend for watch parties where spoilers are talked about freely.

    Seconded, though we might be looking for slightly different things (though still similar overall).  Please allow bot purge commands, such as @Carl-bot#1536's !purge and @ProBot ✨#5803's /clear, to work in these VC chats.  If, on the other hand, this is an issue that needs to be addressed on the bot developer's end, I hope they have been duly informed of what steps they need to take to handle these new channels.
