Voice channel Text channels should be toggleable

There should be options to remove or disable a voice channel's text channel without relying on permissions. This way if there are voice channels you do not want people to be able to access a text channel, you can outright disable it to make moderation and such easier.

    Yes.

    Just want an option/permission so i can disable the text chat within voice channels. Best case for an entire category!
    Moderating those is such a pain.

    Basically a second "view" permission exclusive for the text chat within voice channels.
